Ginger, Turmeric and Galangal Powder (GTG)

This spicy powder is made from lacto fermented ginger, galangal, turmeric, lemon myrtle, black pepper, and honey pulp. It is dehydrated at low temperatures to retain probiotic & nutritional value as a well known anti inflammatory.  Ideal sprinkled on any and all foods.

The probiotic syrup is used for my Fun Drink & the probiotic pulp for powder & leather.

GALANGAL

Galangal is closely related to ginger and turmeric, and all three roots can be used fresh or dried to add flavor to your dishes. Ginger offers a fresh, sweet-yet-spicy taste, while galangal's flavor is sharper, spicier, and slightly more peppery.Turmeric has the most pungent and bitter flavor of the three.
