Ginger Leather (GTG)

Lacto fermented Ginger, Turmeric, Galangal, Black pepper, lemon myrtle pulp blended with fresh ripe spray free banana, pineapple and papaya. Spread in trays, dehydrated at low temperatures and then cut into strips.

Ginger, Turmeric and Galangal (GTG) are rich in antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties that may reduce joint stiffness and pain.
