Research has discovered more than 200 strains of probiotics in sauerkraut, a lactic acid-producing food that is beneficial for gut and immune health.

 

METHOD

Lacto fermented organic and spray free Veges n fruit, herbs n spices and medicinal leaf with sea salt, raw honey and filtered water. Fermented for at least 5 days in large glass jars then bottled in recycled jars. (Council approved) Current Sunshine Coast manufacturers food license.


INGREDIENTS

Constant Ingredients:

white cabbage, onion, celery, ginger, turmeric, galangal, green n ripe papaya flesh and seeds, garlic, okra, bitter melon, Moringa, Brazilian spinach, longevity spinach, tamarind, carrot, sweet potato, pumpkin, Di’s spice mix, sambul, parsley, dandelion, Di’s medicinal green leaf mix, Alma (Indian gooseberry) chebulic myrobalan, sea salt, raw honey.

Seasonal ingredients :

Orange, lemon, lime, lemonade, banana, mango, pineapple, apple, swede and tops, turnip and tops, radish and tops, turmeric flower, star gooseberry leaf, hummingbird leaf n flower, Moringa flower, Brazilian cherry, lilly pilly, wood sorrel, bitter melon leaf, amaranth leaf n seed, native wandering Jew, chicory, mint, sultana and more to come
