I've been health conscious all my life. But it was only 10 years ago I realised the need for improved gut health and became aware of the benefits of probiotics for general overall health.
I realised the medical profession was not going to heal me and that I would have to do that myself. So I started fermenting ginger and turmeric. Then quickly realising the benefits of adding fruit and veges, herbs and spices, and medicinal leaf for the natural anti inflammatory properties.
