With health becoming increasingly popular, the rise of drinks with benefits has begun to rise, substitutions for a healthy soda-like beverage.

Jun comparisons with Kombucha

Di uses a blend of organic loose green tea and local raw honey providing nutrients for the Jun SCOBY.  Jun is lighter with a more delicate profile compared to kombucha.  You won't get that acidic, sour taste that kombucha often imparts.  It lends a sweet yet tart flavour and is often referred to as the "champagne of kombucha" by enthusiasts.  Ferments at a lower temperature in just 3 - 7 days.  Brewing times are significantly faster because the yeasts and bacteria in a Jun SCOBY adapt specifically to the easily digestible sugars in raw honey.

Traditionally, Jun aids digestion and gut health, supports joints, produces a healthy liver function and boosts immune system while providing a detoxifying effect.

Fresh green Tea has less caffeine than black tea.  A portion of the original caffeine from green tea is metabolised or broken down by the bacteria and yeast.

Di mostly includes Jun tea to enhance the probiotics in her living Probiotic Soda, Fun Drinks & Moringa & Papaya Leaf Elixir, Krauts.
