Our Lacto-Fermented Fruit & Spice Healthy Snack - Kvass Rollups are a delicious and wholesome snack made from carefully selected, chemical-free ingredients. The combination of lacto-fermented spices and fresh tropical fruits creates a tasty treat packed with natural goodness.

Di’s lacto fermented kvass pulp (from Di's Living Soda) blended with the following friuit:

✨ Fresh Ripe Banana, Pineapple & Papaya

• Banana provides natural sweetness and creaminess, along with prebiotic fibre to feed beneficial gut bacteria.
• Pineapple adds a juicy tropical tang, along with bromelain, an enzyme known for aiding digestion.
• Papaya offers a mellow sweetness and papain, another digestive enzyme, while also being rich in vitamins A and C.

How It’s Made

The Kvass ingredients blended together and spread on trays, gently dehydrated at low temperatures to preserve nutrients & probiotic value, and then rolled or cut into strips for a chewy, fruity snack that’s as good for you as it tastes.
