GRASS-FED Gelatin dissolved in warm Jun Tea, cooled and then added to my Probiotic Living Soda (kvass & jun tea) and set in fridge & sliced to make a delicious probiotic jube.
Gelatin being an added gut healing ingredient makes this jelly a great option for children.
It is often mildly sweet from fermented honey in the soda but contains no refined sugar.
